Introduction

The Admin & Finance Wing, NAVTTC is headed by Director General. It is responsible for administrative matters, including General Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management / Development, Media and Management Information System. The A&F Wing prepare and implement HR Policies for optimal utilization of available HR, their benefits and career growth. It prepares budgetary estimations, financial disbursement, fund relases to its Regional Directorates, maintain accounts of receipt, maintaining NAVTTC website and other e-solutions (software packages), coordination within / other exteral departments / ministries. This wing consists of the following sections:

  • Admin Section
  • MIS Section
  • Finance Section
  • Audit Section
  • Coordination Section
  • Media Section

Each section is headed by a dedicated Director (except media section). Their main responsibility is to facilitate other Operational Wings and Regional Directorates on their assigned functions.
